Your spending data

Your copy of the sheet lives in your own Google Drive. Nothing you type into it is sent to us, and we can't see it.

This website

We use PostHog to understand how visitors use this site: which pages are viewed, which buttons are clicked, and anonymous session recordings that help us fix confusing parts. Anything typed into form fields is masked in recordings. PostHog stores an identifier in your browser to recognise repeat visits. We don't sell this data or use it for advertising.

Purchases

Checkout is run by Creem, the merchant of record. Creem receives your name, email and payment details to process the order and send your receipt. We receive your order details and email so we can deliver the sheet and handle support or refunds. Card numbers never reach us.

Feedback

If you send a message through the feedback form, we store the message in PostHog. Your email address is stored only if you tick "You can reply to me".

Your choices

You can block analytics with any tracker blocker and the site still works. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email support@penandsheet.com.
